How to Buy
Instruments for Schools works with Croydon Music & Arts to help you find the musical instruments that your school needs.
The instruments are owned by the hub but chosen by your school to give you instruments with impact.
Points Mean Prizes!
Croydon Music & Arts will award your school a set number of points, that you can spend here in our virtual store. You might need a class-set of ukuleles or accessible instruments that mean every child can join in the fun. If you're not sure, don't worry - we can help you choose and get your school ready for music-making.
Add the products to your basket until you reach the total points: just make sure that you don't spend over your allocated points, or your order will take longer to process.
Fill in the address and details of your school and when your order is confirmed, we will ship the instruments directly to you, free of charge. Depending on availability, this should be at the beginning of the 25-26 academic year in September.

Can I change my order after I've picked?
Absolutely! Either email adam@pbonemusic.com or log in to cancel or amend your order.
I have a few points left - what can I spend them on?
If you're close to your points total, check out our smaller accessories, such as stands and headphones, to make sure you get the most out of your allocation!
Can I request instruments that don't feature on the site?
Email adam@pbonemusic.com - we're musicians, so we're used to taking requests and will be happy to help!
How will I know when my order is ready?
You'll receive an order confirmation when you've chosen your instruments. Croydon Music & Arts will review and process your orders, and you will receive a further email to let you know your estimated shipping date. We expect this to be in September 2025.
Do I have to use any card details when I check out?
Not at all! Your points may have a pound sign before them when they check out, but Croydon Music & Arts, as part of the Capital Grant for Music Education, will be footing the bill. Just be sure to provide your full contact details, including email and school address, to ensure a smooth delivery.
